    Sometimes, things don't always work out. In these cases, we're here to help.

    If you find something wrong with the product when it arrives, send us a picture and a brief description of the problem within 48 hours and we'll work with you to get it sorted.

    Ever bought something online and it's not what you thought? Us too. Buying online is really tricky sometimes. We know you will choose carefully before you push that 'Add to Cart' button, but if you really need to exchange your item, it must be unused and in the same condition it turned up in. It must also come back to us in the original packaging. We don't do refunds on these items, but we'll give you a store credit to get something else you love. Shipping it back to us is at your cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    If an item is out of stock - we'll let you know straight away. We can place it on back order for you, or you can decide if you'd like to choose another design.

  • SALE ITEMS

    Sometimes we have sales. Sales are fun - and mean you get good products for even cheaper prices! But we can't refund sale items sorry. So please choose carefully.
